Some of you may be asking “why Quackinup.com?” when this blog isn’t really a humor blog. Well, many years ago I ran a BBS* that I named Quackin’ Up. While it also had other things, it mainly centered around message boards related to humor. The name Quackinup has stayed with me ever since, mostly as a username on websites. So, I thought I’d stick with it for this blog. And who knows, maybe I’ll occasionally have a laugh or two in here.

* For the younger folks, a BBS was a bulletin board site that you accessed via a modem, predating the current Web.
